Who should study at this level?
These qualifications are suitable for experienced workers who manage, or take a lead role, in a care setting or work role.
There are many professional development qualifications (CPD) at this Level, to support professional practice and enhance career development.
Some higher level courses require evidence of work-related skills, while others are wholly knowledge-based, and assessed by completion of written tasks.
At Level 4 & 5 you should be able to identify and use relevant understanding, methods and skills to address broadly-defined, complex problems. It includes taking responsibility for planning and developing courses of action for yourself and others. You also need to understand different perspectives, approaches or schools of thought and the reasoning behind them.
