It is also a must-have for all those undertaking the Level 2 Health and Social Care Apprenticeship.
Who is this suitable for?
This diploma is suitable for all those who wish to work or who are working in a supervised role with adults in health and social care.
What are the entry requirements?
You should be at least 16 years old.
How many credits are required to complete it?
The Diploma requires 46 credits.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed by your tutor or assessor using a range of methods.
This could include direct observation in the workplace, a portfolio of evidence, written assignments or a task set by DaC Childcare Training.
Do I need to be working to take the qualification?
Yes, you will need to be working, volunteering or on practical placement as you need to show competence in both knowledge and skills.
How long does it take to complete?
You can usually complete it in a year or less.
What related qualifications can I progress to?
Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
